Dr Sketchy's anti art school was founded in New York in 2005 by illustrator and artist's model; Molly Crabapple .
It is life drawing ..... with a difference.
We scour the West Midlands and Warwickshire for the finest burlesque models, goths, circus performers and rippling hunks of man, to deliver the finest in sketching material. We then place them in front of you in exciting poses and throw in some daft competitions, (round robin, best left handed drawing, best picasso style etc). Hand out some smashing prizes and generally have a tantalizingly super time.
Dr Sketchy Covetry happens once a month. At The Lock Gallery, Canal BasinCoventry. Please book in advance if you can as places fill up quickly.
